This position is located in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Office of Human Capital (OHC). You will serve as the agency lead and recognized authority for the Instructional Technology Design Program and will be responsible for all life-cycle phases of instructional technology systems (e.g., learning management system) and platforms (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Visio, etc.). You will also design and implement an Instructional Technology Design Program that considers CFPB requirements, mission, vision, culture, constraints and needs. In addition, you will review best practices in public and private sectors and use findings to inform strategic approaches to instruction technology and virtual learning. As the recognized authority for CFPB, you will design, develop and maintain both traditional and new media materials in support of instructional technology and virtual learning implementation.

  • This appointment may become permanent; if made permanent, this position would remain in the excepted service.
