You must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: demonstrating concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations of human resources management (HRM) by providing pay administration guidance, awards guidance or leave policy guidance service wide. Demonstrating experience with written communication techniques to develop draft policy, manuals, guidebooks, etc. for all audiences. Verbal communication experience to deliver presentations to management, discuss findings and/or giving briefings.
