To be eligible for this position at this grade level, you must meet the requirements below.
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS -13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Expert knowledge of environmental principals, regulations, laws and compliance sufficient to ensure that facility operation and work is performed in compliance with applicable legal standards; utilize the Environmental Management Systems (EMS) standards auditing methods and techniques; ability to formulate policy and plans for large scale, complex environment, safety and occupational health program that encompasses facilities of all types across the country.

TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Under merit promotion procedures, Federal applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade to satisfy time-in-grade restrictions contained in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F.
