To be eligible for this position at this grade level, you must meet the requirements below.

You must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience reviewing, analyzing, making recommendations and initiating collection actions on a variety of issues including but not limited to Trust Fund Recover Penalty (TFRP) investigations. Experience using automation equipment and computer applications (e.g., Automated Trust Fund Recovery (ATFR), Integrated Data Retrieval System (IDRS), OL5081)) to retrieve and interpret automated files and information and deliver training to system users. Experience using a wide range of analytical and diagnostic methods and procedures to identify required actions, implement decisions and analyze data to identify problems encountered on computer systems. Experience in the use of all of the following IRS applications: (ATFR, IDRS, Account Management System (AMS), Integrated Collection System (ICS) and OL5081). Experience communicating with internal and external customers and writing clear and concise reports, user guides and job aids. Experience contributing and participating in a team environment and willingness to share knowledge and ideas. Experience in the use of virtual communication and training tools, the use of data management techniques and performing in an instructor or presenter capacity.
