GS-15 Specialized Experience: 1. conducting microeconomic studies of current and potential policy issues and performs original research and investigative analysis; 2. analyzing technical economic data and writing policies fostering the regulatory/deregulatory philosophy concerning the telecommunications industry. 3. developing strategic planning documents (e.g. microeconomic) and conducting technical and economic studies of existing communications systems and services; 4. researching of other economists in microeconomics and/or have led other economists in conducting analysis used in agency policy-making involving microeconomic analysis.
