To be eligible for this position at this grade level, you must meet the requirements below.

A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 level that demonstrated knowledge of tax law and IRS procedures in order to promote free tax assistance and to develop and provide administrative and logistical support for educational and marketing activities; Knowledge and skill in applying principles and methods of written and oral communications. OR

B. PH.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a related field of study. OR

C. Three (3) full academic years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a related field of study from an accredited college or university. OR

D. LL.M. if related OR

E. A combination of qualifying graduate education and experience as described above.
