To be eligible for this position at this grade level, you must meet the requirements below.
At least one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Experience must be sufficient to demonstrate knowledge and accomplishment of project assignments that require a range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques sufficient to accomplish projects. Specialized experience for this position includes: applying management principles and processes to perform project/program management duties and coordinating program objectives, recommendations and outcomes; communicating verbally and in writing with Headquarter level Analysts and/or executives; leading and coaching others in a business environment. You must also have experience applicable to Service Center Campus Operations.

TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Under merit promotion procedures, Federal applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade to satisfy time-in-grade restrictions contained in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F.
