To be qualified for this position at the GS-14 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level. Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Administering and enforcing Federal Labor Standards and providing wage determinations for maintenance workers and contractors.

Examples of this experience could be but are not specific to:
- Authoring written guidance relating to Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA); or
- Applying Federal or state statutes, executive orders, regulations, standards, or contract provisions relating to administering and enforcing Federal Labor Standards subject to Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates or HUD determined wage rates; or
- Analyzing data to conduct investigations and recommending corrective action; or
- Working as a subject matter expert on prevailing wages, providing guidance on labor issues, and resolving investigative matters as related to the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA).
