For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: -Leading a Security and/or Law Enforcement organization in meeting organizational goals, mission, and vision; AND -Developing and implementing metrics and key performance indicators; AND -Applying risk assessment and security survey techniques; AND -Developing proposals, briefings or position papers to state the security position on issues; AND -Communicating effectively with varying audiences such as senior executives, unions, employees, and other stakeholders; AND -Experience applying laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to successfully administer security and/or law enforcement programs.
