To be eligible for this position at this grade level, you must meet the requirements below.

To be eligible for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal Government. To be qualifying, your experience must include application of a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, qualitative and quantitative, sufficient to accomplish complex projects or studies broad in scope and impact. You must also have experience applying a full range of Federal laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to the segment(s) of the Service's program affected by the assigned project or study; Experience with on the job application of management principles and processes to perform project management duties and also to effectively coordinate and integrate project objectives and recommendations; Experience collaborating with others and maintaining effective professional relationships with all parties, communicating effectively both orally and in writing.

In addition to the above qualifications, specialized experience includes working with Low Income Taxpayer Clinics (LITCs), accounting or financial analysis or administering federal grants.
