To be eligible for this position at this grade level, you must meet the requirements below.
At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the grade 12 level that demonstrated knowledge and skill in applying pertinent tax laws and regulations to tax issues and other reference sources such as tax code, regulations, rulings, and filing requirements for all types of taxes in order to develop promotional products; Knowledge of marketing principles, and techniques to plan, coordinate and execute marketing programs by using the techniques of product, price, promotion, place and the concepts of customer segmentation, behavior, buying psychology, and mutual benefit analysis; Ability to evaluate promotional methods and media choices; Knowledge of consultative sale skills to develop leveraged partnerships; and knowledge of the principles and procedures for contracting and budget execution.
In addition, your experience should include interpretation of marketing data and refining methods and techniques; skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods such as analyzing demographic and statistical marketing data to shape program development. The work requires managing complex relationships that are necessary to deliver quality outreach and free return preparation programs.
