To be eligible for this position at this grade level, you must meet the requirements below.
To qualify for this position you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal Government. Specialized experience is defined as that which provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.

To be qualifying, your experience must demonstrate comprehensive use of concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations of human resources management (HRM) by providing performance management policy to inform management and other personnel staff of issues or changes. Develop wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods sufficient to serve in an authoritative role, providing advice, developing policy, and/or developing recommendations for complex service-wide issues within performance management policy. Experience writing policy, Internal Revenue Manual (IRM’s), white papers and/or intranet publications (e.g., webbies, leaders' alerts, headline news, ERC updates). Present findings, briefings and/or making recommendations to upper management.
