You must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience in interpreting laws, Executive orders, regulations, and policies to design HR processes to meet business requirements. Experience must have included using an automated applicant management system to provide comprehensive automated staffing and placement services; participating on a team to review and improve automated staffing systems; and using system functionality to develop alternative staffing solutions such as: special programs, veteran readjustment, direct hire and schedule A appointments.
