Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, specialized experience is defined as one year of experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent in either public or private sectors, that includes ALL of the following:

Experience with investigative principles, techniques, methods and procedures applicable to administrative investigations and/or reviews; AND
Providing technical/professional advice and assistance to other investigators and team members; AND
Managing investigative projects in a leading position over investigative work relating Hotline, Whistleblower Reprisal and Senior Official allegations; AND
Managing a high performing investigative team focused on assessing all incoming hotline complaints and other administrative referrals.
