One year or (12) twelve months of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-4) in the Federal Government, that provided basic knowledge of research capabilities of IDRS and other research sources, IRS functions and procedures in order to make appropriate referrals and provide guidance; Knowledge of and ability to apply basic tax law; Knowledge of regulations and procedures related to administrative activities; and skill using word processing and other software and automation devices. OR

B. A Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of education above high school in any field of study from an accredited college or university. OR

C. A combination of education and experience equivalent to that described above.
